Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant with expertise in Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The ideal candidate will lead Oracle Fusion PPM implementations, support EPC project accounting, integrate with Oracle Financials and SCM, and deliver end-to-end project management, reporting, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
- Conduct business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration.
- Configure Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Resource Management, and Financials Integration.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, burdening, and variance analysis.
- Manage EPC project accounting, including WBS, Cost Codes, CIP, Asset Capitalization, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Integrate Oracle PPM with Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Financials Cloud, and Oracle SCM Cloud.
- Configure billing rules, revenue recognition, customer invoicing, and profitability analysis.
- Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Perform data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, end-user training, and post-go-live support.
- Support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, regression testing, and production issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- 7–15+ years of overall Oracle ERP experience.
- 4+ years of Oracle Fusion PPM experience.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion PPM implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- Project Foundation
- Project Costing
- Project Billing
- Project Contracts
- Resource Management
- Financials Integration
- Strong knowledge of Project Accounting, Project Cost Management, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Revenue Recognition.
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, Spreadsheet Loader, REST APIs, SOAP Services, SQL, and Data Migration.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Architecture.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
- Oracle Cloud PPM Certification.
- Experience with Primavera P6 integration.
- Agile project delivery experience.
- Background in EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, Power Generation, or other capital-intensive industries.
- Experience supporting Renewable Energy, Power Plants, Transmission & Distribution, Pipeline, Heavy Civil Infrastructure, Data Centers, Water & Wastewater, and other large EPC capital projects.
