Position Summary
As an HVAC Service Technician, you\'ll diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, air
conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems for homes and businesses, checking for things

Key Responsibilities
? Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including
furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
? Perform system tune-ups, cleanings, and preventive maintenance
? Test and inspect HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
? Identify necessary repairs and provide accurate recommendations and estimates to customers
? Complete installations of replacement parts and equipment as needed
? Communicate clearly with customers about diagnoses, repair options, and pricing
? Educate customers on maintenance plans, system efficiency, and energy-saving solutions
? Document service tickets, work orders, and job details for each call
? Collect payments and maintain your truck inventory
? Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety guidelines
? Maintain tools, equipment, and your service vehicle in clean, safe working condition

Requirements
Education
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? Technical or trade school certification preferred
Experience
? 2+ years of experience in HVAC service, maintenance, or repair
? Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures
