Clinical Trial Systems Specialist

We are seeking a Clinical Systems Lead to manage clinical trial system implementation for early-phase studies. This role will own system build activities, vendor coordination, requirements definition, and UAT oversight for IxRS/IRT and eCOA systems. The position is an individual contributor role supporting clinical trial execution through strong technical and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead setup and implementation of IxRS/IRT and eCOA systems

• Interpret study protocols and define system requirements

• Manage vendors during system build and specification finalization

• Provide UAT oversight and manage system issues to resolution

• Support integration with EDC systems (Medidata Rave a plus)

Requirements:

• 2 5+ years of clinical trial systems experience

• Hands-on system implementation and vendor management experience

• Strong UAT oversight experience

• Pharma or CRO background required (not healthcare IT)
