Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer (Lead) to drive quality engineering initiatives and lead automation testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and modern testing tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA automation strategy and implementation across projects
Design and develop automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Cypress
Implement BDD testing using Cucumber
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams
Perform test planning, execution, and defect management
Mentor junior QA engineers and ensure best testing practices
Improve test coverage and optimize regression testing cycles

Required Skills

Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java
Hands-on experience with Cypress automation testing
Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
Experience integrating test suites with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
Strong knowledge of API testing and automation best practices
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading QA teams or test automation initiatives
Knowledge of performance testing or security testing
Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
