Technical Curriculum Developer - Security Operations

We are seeking an experienced Technical Curriculum Developer to create engaging, best-in-class learning content that enables customers and partners to deploy and use the client platform effectively. This role involves designing and developing instructor-led, on-demand, and interactive training materials, assessments, and job aids, with a focus on delivering seamless learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality course content across multiple delivery methods (ILT, virtual, on-demand, simulators)

• Write clear narratives, use case-based examples, guided exercises, and assessments that measure learner knowledge and skills

• Collaborate with SMEs, course owners, and stakeholders to gather content and define course specifications

• Assist in content testing, QA, and lab instance setup for each release

• Manage project tasks across multiple courses, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and mentoring junior team members

• Continuously assess and improve learning materials, incorporating innovative solutions and AI tools where applicable

• Ensure learning content aligns with instructional design principles and learning outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of curriculum design and content development experience with strong instructional design principles

• 5+ years in customer-facing education development projects

• Proficiency with eLearning authoring and multimedia tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise, Camtasia, SnagIt, ScreenFlow)

• Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills

• Bachelor s or Master s in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience

• Ability to work in a global team and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• ServiceNow platform knowledge

• Security Operations (SecOps) understanding

• Experience integrating AI tools into learning content

• Agile practices and software delivery lifecycle familiarity
