Job Description
We are looking for a Databricks + PySpark Engineer for a contract-to-hire opportunity with an e-commerce client in Waukegan, IL. The ideal candidate must have expert-level Databricks experience, strong ETL experience, and strong PySpark and SQL skills.
Responsibilities
Work with Databricks for data engineering requirements.
Handle ETL-related activities.
Work with PySpark for data processing requirements.
Use SQL to support data-related activities.
Work with Informatica, if experienced.
Required Skills
Databricks: Expert-level experience required.
PySpark: Strong experience required.
ETL: Strong ETL experience required.
SQL: Strong SQL experience required.
Informatica: A big plus.
Location Requirements
Must be available to work 100% onsite in Waukegan, IL.
Only local candidates from the Waukegan, IL area or Wisconsin (WI) will be considered.
Interview Process
Two online interviews.
One additional onsite interview might be required.
