Position: Senior Full Stack Developer/Lead
Location: Fully onsite 5 days a week in Midtown NYC (1 WFH day per month, Fridays are half days)
Duration: Full time/ Direct Hire with the client
Salary: $160-180k a year + Benefits

Interview Process: 2 step process.
First round is a take home Ropes AI technical assessment that was made by the manager.
Final round is an onsite meeting in NYC.
The Web Development team is responsible for implementing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring the security of the B&H website, they work closely with other departments such as design, product management, and marketing to ensure that the website meets the needs of both the company and its customers.
- Hands on Sr. Developer/Development lead that has potential to grow into leadership role if not already leading - mentoring jr team members would be helpful.
- They will be interfacing with the business
- 50% coding, also doing code reviews.
- Must haves are JavaScript, Node.js, React and SQL
Essential Responsibilities:
- Essential responsibilities of a Senior Web Developer involve independently creating intricate full-stack code utilizing JavaScript, Node.js, React, SQL.
- The developer will be tasked with working on extensive projects and challenging assignments specifically on B&H’s flagship website.
- Responsibilities include writing complex code that integrates front-end and back-end technologies seamlessly.
- The developer must possess a deep understanding of JavaScript frameworks such as React to build dynamic user interfaces.
- Strong SQL skills are required for managing database queries and ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience writing core JavaScript or a similar language
