What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll work on active construction projects helping build the infrastructure that powers the internet, cloud services, AI, and major tech companies.

Daily Tasks Include:

• Pulling cable through large buildings
• Installing supports, racks, and cable pathways
• Organizing and routing wiring neatly and safely
• Learning how fiber optic systems work
• Using drills, ladders, hand tools, and basic equipment
• Working with a crew to complete large projects on schedule
• Following safety procedures and learning industry standards
• Staying active and moving throughout the day - not stuck at a desk

No Experience? We'll Train You.

You do NOT need telecom experience to get started.
If you're reliable, motivated, and willing to learn, experienced team members will teach you:
Cable installation basics
Fiber optic fundamentals
Construction and job site safety
Tool usage and installation methods
How data centers are built
Skills that can lead to long-term careers in tech infrastructure

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
