Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant/Lead to independently drive and manage end-to-end Marketing Cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead projects autonomously with minimal supervision.
This role requires someone who can collaborate directly with business stakeholders, understand marketing requirements, design scalable solutions, and lead the Marketing Cloud function independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and enhancements independently. 
  • Work directly with business and marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Design, build, and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder. 
  • Develop and manage campaigns using Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder. 
  • Create dynamic and personalized email templates using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL. 
  • Build automations, segmentation strategies, data extensions, and triggered communications. 
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization strategies. 
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, compliance, and best practices within Marketing Cloud. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, analytics, and development teams. 
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic recommendations for Marketing Cloud capabilities. 
  • Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. 
 

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 
  • Hands-on experience with, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, AMPscript, SQL, Data Extensions 
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and campaign execution. 
  • Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems. 
  • Ability to independently own and lead Marketing Cloud initiatives end-to-end. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. 
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex campaign and data-related issues.
