Identify and escalate performance issues promptly; support HR and leadership in personnel matters as needed

Safety & Compliance

Enforce and champion our safety program, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety plans without exception

Conduct and document daily safety inspections, jobsite hazard analyses (JHAs), and toolbox safety talks

Immediately address and report all unsafe conditions, near-misses, and incidents per company protocol

Maintain a zero-tolerance environment for safety violations

Ensure all personnel hold current required certifications: OSHA 30, fall protection, rigging, and others as applicable

Quality Control

Verify all structural steel and PEMB components are installed to specification, plumb, level, and per engineer’s design

Coordinate third-party inspections, Special Inspections, and engineer site visits as required by the project

Maintain punch list completion through final closeout

Uphold quality standards on every phase of work — no exceptions

Schedule & Cost Management

Monitor project schedule and proactively identify risks; communicate changes to the Project Manager with proposed corrective actions

Track daily labor hours, equipment utilization, and material consumption against budgeted targets

Assist in the review and approval of subcontractor daily reports and time sheets

Support all project closeout activities including punch list completion, final inspections, and owner walkthroughs

     OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to travel to project sites as required

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate proactively with project teams and leadership
