Summary

Position: SDET Lead
Location: New York (Hybrid)

Contract

Short JD:

Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Automation SDETs in a high-pressure delivery environment.
Drive automation strategy focusing on regression, customer workflows, and high-impact scenarios.
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Appium, JMeter, LoadRunner, Tosca, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitLab CI.
Experience in API, service, and UI automation testing.
Coordinate Performance Engineering activities including test planning, execution, and reporting.
Collaborate with QE leads, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
Strong expertise in automation governance, standards, reporting, and process improvements.
