Location: Chandler, Arizona (Hybrid)

Role Overview
This position will engineer and support automated solutions for large-scale software releases and patching on Windows-based systems. The role involves collaboration between infrastructure, database operations, software support, and engineering teams to develop software-based solutions for the rapid, large-scale deployment of software utilities and patches. A hybrid schedule requires a minimum of three days per week on-site.

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:- Experience with Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Demonstrated experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Ansible Automation.
- Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Tableau or BMC Remedy.
- Understanding of change control and release management processes.
