This team leverages Ansible to drive automated changes at scale, enabling efficient and consistent remediation for complex IT problems. By building and refining automation capabilities-including event-driven workflows-the team reduces operational overhead and delivers high-impact solutions across a wide range of internal customers. This role requires strong familiarity with Agile practices and hands-on experience using Jira, as each day begins with an in-depth team stand-up focused on sprint goals, priorities, and progress. After stand-up, you will independently execute your assigned work while partnering closely with teammates to ensure sprint commitments are met. This position involves extensive collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders outside the immediate team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as the team collectively works to deliver solutions that support multiple internal customers.
