About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building high-impact, customer-facing products from concept to production.
This role requires strong product ownership, excellent software engineering fundamentals, and the ability to work across frontend, backend, mobile, and AI-powered product experiences.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in high-growth startups, building and scaling impactful products, and taking complete ownership of projects from ideation through launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Build new products and features from 0 to 1.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through production.
- Build modular, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software.
- Develop customer-facing products across frontend and backend systems.
- Maintain strong standards for code quality, testing, architecture, and design.
- Participate in technical and product design discussions.
- Work directly with users to understand requirements and product needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other teams on feature planning.
- Contribute to product roadmap and feature brainstorming.
- Improve product engagement, usability, retention, and overall customer experience.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Help establish engineering standards and best practices.
- Participate in technical hiring and engineering interviews.
- Contribute to improving overall engineering culture.

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Senior-level application development experience.
- Strong Full Stack, Backend, or Product Engineering experience.
- Experience working at reputable, high-growth startups.
- Proven history of owning and shipping impactful B2B or B2C products.
- Experience taking projects from ideation to production.
- Demonstrated career progression and increasing responsibility.
- Experience building scalable customer-facing applications.
- Professional experience with AI or AI-powered products.
- Strong TypeScript / JavaScript ecosystem experience.
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical projects.

- Eligibility to work in the United States or Canada, excluding Quebec.
