MES Solutions Architect

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This role utilizes your deep understanding of the Manufacturing Execution System space. While below is a sample of the role, each unique project will provide you the opportunity to develop and grow your

MES capabilities.

• Conduct discussions with senior leaders on functional solution within MES
• Lead discussions with business to understand needs and requirements, translating requirements into MES functionality, and collaborate with technical architects ensuring technically feasible and scalable technology application solutions
• Perform high-level functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for MES solutions
• Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
• Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Client  collective knowledge, and helping to resolve clients'' challenges
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
• Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in MES''s newest and future solutions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Life Sciences MES experience
• 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
• 7+ years of experience conducting the following activities: Business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, developing functional and technical specification documentation, system configuration, system testing (INT, UAT) and solution delivery, customer support, process document creations and review, working with onsite and offshore delivery model.
• Experience using analytics and metrics to assess Manufacturing Performance and identify and quantify improvement opportunities.
• Experience Leading 2+ MES implementations and System Architecture.
• Bachelor''s Degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor''s Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics.
