Job DetailsOur client is searching for a Land Use and Zoning Associate Attorney. This position supports a growing land use, zoning, and development practice serving a diverse range of clients. Applicants should have experience representing property owners, developers, commercial tenants, and/or public entities in various aspects of the land entitlement and development process. Responsibilities may include preparing and filing zoning and land use applications, reviewing and interpreting zoning ordinances and development plans, and appearing before municipal boards, agencies, and community stakeholders. Prior appellate experience is beneficial.
Candidates should possess:
- PA Bar
- Familiarity with municipal land use and zoning regulations.
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
- A proactive, self-directed approach to work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
