We are seeking a business-focused PLM Transformation Architect who can drive strategic transformation initiatives, rather than solely managing the platform administration.
Someone who:
- Owns PLM roadmap
- Leads workshops
- Maps business → 3DEXPERIENCE solution
- Drives OCM + Cloud adoption
- Understands engineering + manufacturing lifecycle
Core profile:
- 10+ years PLM
- Deep Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE
- ENOVIA / CATIA
- Cloud migration
- Engineering + Manufacturing processes
- Architecture + stakeholder leadership
Responsibilities:- 3DEXPERIENCE
- Build PLM roadmap along with business stakeholders.
- Lead business for requirement elicitation and map solutions in PLM platform.
- Excellent customer interfacing skills
- Lead/direct Organization Change Management (OCM)
- Experience with end-to-end PLM processes Requirement to after sales, Engineering (design, BOM, Requirement Management, Variant Management, Project Management etc.) processes and Manufacturing (MBOM etc.) processes in context of PLM solutioning
- Exposure to CAD/CAM/CAE tool/functions
- Hands-on Experience in 3DEXPERIENCE V62022x or later. Exposure to latest version preferred.
- Exposure to Cloud migration/adoption, SaaS. AWS platform preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in 3DEXPERIENCE
