Business Analyst - Capital Market

Gather and document business requirements related to OTC derivatives including:

• Interest Rate Swaps, CDS, FX, Equity & Commodity derivatives

Analyze end-to-end trade lifecycle:

• Trade capture, confirmation, valuation, collateral, settlement, and reporting

Work on regulatory initiatives:

• Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II, CFTC, ASIC, MAS

Support trade reporting (DTCC, CME, ICE, UnaVista)

Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Technology teams

Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process re-engineering

Create and maintain:

• BRD, FRD, Functional Specs, User Stories, Process Flows

Support UAT, regression testing, and defect triage
