We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to support the MICAM application. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts, analyzing results, and working closely with development and functional teams to ensure application performance and stability.

Responsibilities:
Create and execute performance test scripts using performance testing tools such as Micro Focus LoadRunner or JMeter
Collaborate with development and functional teams to understand business use cases, workflows, and data flow
Capture and monitor performance business metrics and system performance metrics during and after testing
Interpret and analyze performance test results along with business and technical metrics
Validate application performance, identify bottlenecks, and report findings
Manage defects related to performance issues and provide detailed analysis reports
Required Skills:
Strong experience with performance testing tools such as Micro Focus LoadRunner and JMeter
Hands on experience developing customized scripts using JMeter with Groovy and BeanShell scripting
Experience enhancing VuGen scripts with customized C language coding
Ability to analyze and interpret performance test results and system metrics
Experience working closely with development and QA teams to troubleshoot performance issues
Preferred Skills:
Basic programming knowledge in Java and C#
Experience in performance monitoring, defect management, and reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
