Summary

Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Oracle SCM to lead a team responsible for the support, development, and enhancement of enterprise supply chain applications. This role will balance day-to-day production support with strategic project delivery and will serve as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and Supply Chain leadership.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) SCM, along with hands-on functional and technical expertise across Oracle ASCP, Demantra, and Agile PLM. This individual should be comfortable leading teams while remaining close enough to the technology to provide technical direction and solve complex application issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of application developers, analysts, and technical resources supporting Oracle SCM applications.
  • Oversee both production support operations and project delivery, ensuring application stability while meeting strategic business objectives.
  • Provide technical and functional leadership across Oracle E-Business Suite SCM, including R12 environments.
  • Support, enhance, and optimize Oracle ASCP, Oracle Demantra, and Oracle Agile PLM solutions.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and IT leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable application solutions.
  • Support business processes related to demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing/supply chain operations, and product lifecycle management.
  • Lead or support Oracle upgrades, application modernization initiatives, integrations, and platform transitions.
  • Establish priorities for enhancements, production issues, projects, and application roadmaps.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of critical production issues while minimizing business disruption.
  • Manage communication across business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve application performance, processes, reliability, and overall user experience.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite SCM applications, including Oracle R12.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing teams of developers, analysts, or application professionals.
  • Proven ability to manage production support and project delivery simultaneously.
  • Hands-on functional and/or technical experience with:
  • Oracle ASCP
  • Oracle Demantra
  • Oracle Agile PLM
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including:
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Supply Chain execution and supporting business processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience leading Oracle EBS upgrades, migrations, or platform transitions.
  • Experience supporting complex, highly integrated enterprise Oracle environments.
  • Background working within manufacturing, distribution, semiconductor, or other supply-chain-intensive environments.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, or offshore development/support teams.
  • Experience developing application roadmaps and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Oracle integrations and surrounding enterprise systems.
