Job Summary:
The Business Analyst, Clinical Data & Integrations, will be a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on understanding, documenting, and optimizing data flows for clinical trial systems and external data sources. This role is critical for ensuring that data integrations are robust, well-defined, and support the organization's analytical and operational needs, with a strong emphasis on facilitating data governance
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research domain.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and systems (CTMS, eTMF).
- Experience with data integration concepts and technologies (APIs, ETL/ELT).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting complex business and technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices is highly desirable.Business intelligence, and clinical research.
