Service Delivery Coordinator (Oracle)

Duration: Long Term

Location: Remote (USA and Canada)

Job Description: We are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator with experience in cross-country/global delivery coordination, preferably within Oracle environments (Oracle EBS, Fusion, Cloud, Infrastructure, or Managed Services). The ideal candidate will support global service delivery operations, coordinate with onsite-offshore teams, ensure smooth execution of Oracle-related projects, and maintain strong communication across multiple regions and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate cross-country delivery for Oracle-focused projects and managed services.
Act as a liaison between clients, Oracle delivery teams, and internal stakeholders across regions.
Track project deliverables, SLA adherence, escalations, and status reporting.
Support Oracle implementation, upgrade, cloud, and support engagements.

· Ensure effective coordination across multiple time zones and global teams.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in Oracle service delivery (Oracle EBS, Fusion, OCI, ERP/SCM/HCM, or Infrastructure projects).

· Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

· Experience working with global onsite-offshore delivery models.

· Ability to manage priorities, escalations, and client expectations effectively.
