Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Golang) to design, build, and maintain highly scalable, secure, and reliable distributed systems supporting financial and cryptocurrency platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Golang, FinTech systems, and large-scale cloud-based applications.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong system design skills, and the ability to lead complex engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services using Golang.

·       Build scalable and reliable distributed systems with a focus on stability and long-term maintainability.

·       Develop and optimize RESTful APIs used by millions of users.

·       Collaborate closely with frontend, data, and infrastructure teams.

·       Implement best practices for security, performance, and code quality.

·       Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

·       Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

·       Lead and deliver complex projects with significant business impact.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in high-availability environments.

Required Qualifications

·       10+ years of experience in backend or software development.

·       Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go).

·       Proven experience building large-scale, distributed systems.

·       Experience in FinTech, payments, banking, trading, or cryptocurrency platforms.

·       Strong knowledge of REST API design and development.

·       Experience working with highly concurrent systems.

·       Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).

·       Experience with microservices architecture.

·       Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL).

·       Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience with Java, Python, or .NET.

·       Knowledge of blockchain or cryptocurrency platforms.

·       Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

·       Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

·       Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

·       Background in security and compliance for financial systems.
