Analyzing the client source data to identify issues, potential causes, and suggested remediation
Navigating the organization, bringing together interested parties, negotiating differences, and drawing effective conclusions

responsibilities:
- Proven ability in a data analysis role (minimum 5-7 years experience)
- Power BI dashboard development
- Tableau dashboard development
- Strong SQL skills to query and script in data
- Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a solid grasp of the organizational structure supporting implementation and ongoing projects
- Automation and modernization of ITSP processes, reports, and tools
- Reporting support (TrackIT, Headcount/Stratos, Reqs, WFC, etc.)
- Associate should possess developer skills take over and enhance dashboard reporting
- Exploring potential applications of AI to innovate and streamline workflows
- Maintaining existing and creating future process documentation and flows
- Performing ad hoc data analysis and support
- The position will flex between the ITSP team and WI Portfolio team, and finance, ensuring IT priorities are addressed and providing the portfolio team with assistance as capacity permits

qualifications:
Excellent analysis skills, preferably data analysis skills, are required
Solid experience with query languages such as SQL
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Work optimally as a team member
Demonstrate solid leadership skills; are highly organized, self-motivated with strong time management skills and an ability to handle various tasks simultaneously with minimal oversight
Ability to thrive in a matrix-managed environment across multiple locations and functions
