Job details:
· 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise tools, operations platforms, integrations, workflow systems, or retail technology
· Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business, technical, vendor, and field teams
· Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, dependencies, and tradeoffs
· Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint execution
· Experience defining or delivering integrations, APIs, data exchanges, or connected workflows is strongly preferred
· Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and prioritize work
· Familiarity with store systems, workflow management, task management, or retail operations is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting retail, field operations, franchise environments, store systems, or workforce-management integrations
· Experience working with external vendors and coordinating integration delivery across multiple organizations
· Exposure to reporting tools, dashboards, operational analytics, or integration monitoring
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
