💼 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Experience Cloud expertise to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on development experience across Salesforce platform technologies, including Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and custom application development.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer and partner-facing solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🛠 Salesforce Development
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using:
Apex Classes
Apex Triggers
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
Visualforce Pages
SOQL/SOSL
Develop scalable and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
Build custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation processes.

🌐 Experience Cloud Development
Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) portals.
Develop customer, partner, and employee community solutions.
Customize Experience Builder templates and components.
Configure user authentication, registration, and security models.
Optimize community performance and user experience.

🔗 Integration & APIs
Develop integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
Platform Events
Middleware platforms
Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data synchronization.

☁ Platform Configuration
Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features.
Implement Flows and Process Automation.
Support data migration and deployment activities.

🧪 Testing & Deployment
Create and execute unit tests ensuring high code coverage.
Participate in release management and CI/CD deployments.
Support production releases and post-deployment validation.

🤝 Collaboration
Work closely with Solution Architects and Business Analysts.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

✅ Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
3+ years of Experience Cloud implementation experience.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex
LWC
Aura
Visualforce
SOQL/SOSL
Experience with Salesforce integrations.
Experience with Salesforce security and sharing models.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and Identity Management.
