Own day-to-day engagement leadership and client relationship management for Clinical Imaging managed services. Accountable for operational performance, governance, stakeholder alignment, escalations, continuous improvement, and ensuring delivery commitments are met across onsite/onshore/offshore teams and partners. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary onsite delivery leader and day-to-day counterpart to Ascension leadership for managed services. Own service performance: SLA/KPI tracking, operational health, service reviews, and corrective action plans. Lead engagement governance (weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence): status, risks, decisions, escalations, and executive communications. Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across L1/L2/L3 support, engineering, testing, release/change, and vendor coordination. Manage major incidents and escalations: drive triage leadership, communications, stakeholder updates, and post-incident actions. Drive continuous improvement: automation, shift-left initiatives, quality controls, and productivity improvements. Ensure clear ways of working and accountability across Ascension IT, clinical stakeholders, OEMs, infra/security partners, and other suppliers. Partner with Transition Manager during onboarding and stabilize into steady state; ensure seamless post-transition ownership. Support staffing/people leadership onsite: leadership presence, coaching, performance management, and customer confidence building. Required Qualifications 10+ years in client-facing delivery leadership (Engagement/Service Delivery/Account leadership) in managed services. Strong governance and executive communication experience; ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proven experience running complex operations across distributed teams (onsite/onshore/offshore). Strong escalation and crisis-management skills in high-availability environments. Ability to work onsite in the USA with travel to client locations as needed. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare provider IT experience, especially clinical systems support or regulated environments. Clinical imaging domain familiarity (PACS/RIS/VNA/CPACS, radiology/cardiology workflows). ITIL / SIAM knowledge; experience coordinating multiple suppliers and OEMs. Experience with ITSM-driven operations and service management best practices.
