Description

We are seeking a Technical Architect to lead the integration of blockchain technology into our payments system. This hybrid role based in Jersey City, NJ or Charlotte, NC, involves contract employment. The position requires expertise in blockchain platforms, payment systems, and enterprise integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cryptocurrency integration platforms using microservices for secure transactions.
  • Consume API layers to simplify client integrations and improve system modularity.
  • Create and maintain data processing pipelines for financial transactions and reconciliations.
  • Implement secure file transfer protocols for financial data exchange.
  • Develop scalable microservices to support high-throughput financial workloads.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in technical architecture or senior engineering roles, with 2-3 years in blockchain technology.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and flows, including real-time and cross-border payments.
  • Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs and microservices.
  • Proven experience with third-party vendor evaluation and collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
