Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex enterprise user interfaces using Angular 20+
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Java technologies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups and sprint planning
- Lead code reviews and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers
- Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize application performance and database queries
- Support software testing, validation, deployment, and maintenance activities
- Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices and SDLC processes
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience developing complex UI applications with Angular 20+
- Proficiency in Java API development and integration
- Experience working within Agile methodology environments
- Familiarity with Jira project management tool
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Work environment: Hybrid work model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
- Locations: Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas (Farmers Branch), TX
- EST or CST time zones preferred
- Candidates must be eligible to convert to full-time employment without sponsorship
