Job Title: QA Tester (Web & Payment Systems)
Job Location: Phoenix, AZ | Onsite 5 days a week
Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an QA Tester to join our growing team. We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester with strong experience in web application testing and payment systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of web-based applications, with a particular focus on payment workflows and integrations.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform manual and/or automated testing of web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance
- Test end-to-end payment flows, including checkout, refunds, chargebacks, and payment gateway integrations
- Validate integrations with third-party payment providers (e.g., cards, wallets, PSPs)
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools
- Execute regression, smoke, and UAT testing across multiple browsers and devices
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards related to payments
- Support test case creation, test execution, and test reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a QA Tester for web applications
- Hands-on experience testing payment systems or financial transactions
- Strong understanding of payment flows, APIs, and error handling
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
Education Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical work experience.
