Job Title : Business Analyst.
Location : South San Francisco, CA
Duration : Long Term
we need someone to manage the use-cases of all our Imaging Algorithm stakeholders first and foremost (prioritize, roadmap, make business requirements, understand the stakeholder POV), and managing our team's cadence and setting project plans and dashboards is more secondary. The profile needs to have both the expertise of a PM and a BA with relevant experience.
For this position, you bring the following qualification:
management processes
Deep understanding of various SDLCs, SCRUM/Agile projects
Demonstrated competency planning and tracking project schedules with clearly-defined critical paths
Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
Ability to see the interrelationship of a project across "the big picture" and understand its dependency on other projects in the program as required
Ability to recognize and operate in challenging, ambiguous situations with a sense of
urgency and to respond to rapidly changing priorities.
Ability and to think outside the box and creatively collaborate with colleagues to find
alternative paths to achieve objectives
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically around cloud technology platforms
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation abilities
Experience with and understanding of any the following areas a plus:
Data modalities: Imaging, Electronic Health Records, Genomics, Real World Data, Clinical Trial Data, and Digital Health data.
Data Management concepts: data catalogs, data standards, ingestion, curation, de-identification, etc.
Analytical tools: R, Python
Understanding of Advanced Analytics and Predictive Analytics (Machine Learning)
Deploying Validated Systems or GxP knowledge
Education
BS or BA degree in Information Systems or engineering discipline
PMI PMP or Scrum certification is desired
