Description:
Business Analyst to support government operations by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology and policy solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across agencies to improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and operational teams.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
- Facilitate meetings with managers, directors, and technical teams to align on requirements.
- Review and interpret contractual documentation, city/state policy guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support for system operations, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
