Lead Power Platform Developer

The Power Platform Developer will be part of our internal R&D team and will focus on developing Microsoft-based Solution Accelerators that address common business challenges and support our client facing projects. This role will contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, reusable components using Microsoft Power Platform technologies and AI capabilities.

The projected compensation range for this position is $115 to $165 (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

• Deep experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• 5-10 years of experience
• Proficiency in Power Pages
• Experience delivering complex business solutions on the Power Platform for large organizations
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation
• Strong Power BI skills for data visualization and reporting
• Familiarity with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture
• Programming experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and TypeScript
• Proven experience integrating AI technologies including Azure AI, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and M365 Copilot
• This role may require U.S. citizenship in order to support certain federal contracts
