Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer to support a high-visibility project requiring strong design,
analytics, and multimedia capabilities. This role works closely with subject matter experts and partners to develop modern, innovative learning solutions.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning, talent development, and creative design. This role involves assessing, planning, designing, and developing instructionally sound learning solutions that support skill-based and role-based development needs.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
Ability to designand build learning experiences using graphic design, video tools, and authoring
platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and dominKnow
Hands-on experience with video capture and editing
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or Tableau
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, learning strategies, deployment planning, and evaluation frameworks
Ability to utilize multiple learning mediums and tools to drive engagement
Experience using Learning Experience Platforms for delivering role-based and skill-based training
Experience developing and managing learning evaluation strategies
Strong communication skills and strong project management experience
Ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction
5-7 years of corporate design and development experience

Secondary Skills -Nice to Haves:
Experience within talent development or L&D
Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (Degreed, NovoEd, SumTotal, etc.)
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Merrimack, New Hampshire.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
