Summary

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager/PMO to support the Workplace Technology IT organization. This is an operational PMO role, not a traditional project management position. The focus is on portfolio governance, budgeting, workforce planning, vendor management, and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT portfolio planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Lead annual planning for budgets, workforce, contractors, software, and portfolio priorities.
Track budget actuals vs. forecasts.
Manage vendors, SOWs, contracts, and third-party resources.
Oversee contractor onboarding/offboarding, resource allocation, and workforce planning.
Partner with business leaders and IT teams to support portfolio governance and planning.

Required Qualifications

5 8 years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, or Program Management.
Strong experience with budgeting, financial planning, resource/workforce planning, and vendor management.
Experience managing SOWs, contracts, and third-party vendors.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
