We are seeking a Director of Machine Learning Engineer to guide our growing ML team and drive the development of production-ready models that power our real-time healthcare platform. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise with cross-functional communication. You will shape our machine learning strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.

Location
This is a hybrid position reporting in office 3x a week in Austin,Tx

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in ML
Willingness to utilize Claude code
Architect, build, and deploy ML models using Python
Masters or PhD in Computer Vision or other related fields

Desired Skills & Experience:

Previous Management experience
Familiarity with MLOps tools
Experience in healthcare
