This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical expertise with cross-functional communication. You will shape our machine learning strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.

- 7+ years of experience in ML
- Willingness to utilize Claude code
- Architect, build, and deploy ML models using Python
- Masters or PhD in Computer Vision or other related fields
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous Management experience
- Familiarity with MLOps tools
- Experience in healthcare
