GIS Developer - Remote100% // W2 role

Job Details:
This is a senior level ArcGIS Developer role who will develop ArcGIS Applications and build integrations between Amtrak’s Esri ArcGIS Enterprise platform and other corporate applications using Esri’s development platform and other commonly available programming languages and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or GIS with over ten years of relevant experience in software development and integration using common programming methodologies and tools.

Proficiency in Esri development tools, Python, JavaScript, SQL Server databases, use of third-party APIs and middleware.

Ability to perform advanced database management, ArcGIS data and map service management, geoprocessing, geospatial analysis, map compilation, and programming tasks.

Experience creating, enhancing, and documenting ArcGIS system integration and solution development best practices and workflows.

Hands on experience with the following ArcGIS platform components is a plus:

Integration of ArcGIS platform with other applications using 3rd party API and/or ArcGIS API

ArcGIS Experience Builder app and widget development/configuration is a plus.

Ability to work independently and on multiple projects concurrently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
