Microsoft Ecosystem Integration: Broad knowledge of Microsoft enterprise environments, including Active Directory (AD), the .NET framework, and associated infrastructure dependencies.
Proactive Ownership: Demonstrates strong initiative in conducting independent research, executing project pre-work, and unblocking technical hurdles without constant supervision.
Asynchronous Coordination: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of maintaining high responsiveness across all team channels in an asynchronous working environment.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to interface confidently and professionally with demanding internal customers and stakeholders, managing expectations effectively.
