Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer to join a collaborative team focused on delivering enterprise-grade business applications utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and other technical teams to design, develop, enhance, and support scalable solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency. The position is for a duration of 12 months.

This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the office in Columbia, SC, and allowing three days of remote work. Candidates must be residents of South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions, including both Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
- Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
- Develop and support automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and Azure-based services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement best practices for solution architecture, governance, security, and data modeling.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and operational support.
- Support auditing, monitoring, logging, and compliance initiatives aligned with enterprise standards and policies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
- Strong experience building workflows and integrations using Power Automate.
- Experience developing custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps processes, solution management, and deployment pipelines.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Power Fx, and low-code extensibility frameworks.
- College degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification, or 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and advanced Dataverse capabilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise governance and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, or PCI.
- Knowledge of Power BI reporting and analytics integrations.
- Understanding of Power Platform and Azure Active Directory security architecture.
