Job Title: Senior GitLab DevOps Engineer
Job Location: Raleigh, NC
Job Type: Contract
Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Job Overview:
10+ years of strong hands-on experience with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD. Proven experience developing complex CI/CD pipelines using GitLab YAML (.gitlab-ci.yml). Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, merge requests, and source-code management. Hands-on scripting experience with Bash/Shell, Python, or PowerShell. Experience with Docker and containerized applications. Working knowledge of Kubernetes and automated application deployments. Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure-as-Code/automation tools. Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with testing, code-quality, security-scanning, and artifact-management tools. Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Good understanding of DevSecOps, SDLC, release management, and deployment automation. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
