Summary

React Developer (Mid Level) Location: Hybrid / Onsite in Seattle, WA

Employment Type: W2

We're looking for a mid level React Developer to join our growing digital engineering team. In this role, you'll build intuitive, high performance web experiences that support our customers, internal teams, and global digital initiatives.

What You'll Do

Develop responsive, scalable UI components using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
Implement reusable component libraries and contribute to front end architecture decisions
Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross browser compatibility
Integrate RESTful APIs and work closely with backend teams
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement of our digital platforms

What You Bring

3 5 years of hands on experience with React and front end development
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience with Redux, React Query, or similar state management tools
Familiarity with Node.js, build tools (Webpack, Vite), and CI/CD workflows
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong problem solving skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js or server side rendering
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
