Summary

Role: Product Owner - Wealth Management
Location: Oaks, PA (Hybrid-3 days onsite in a week)

Must have extensive knowledge of Financial Custodial and Wealth Management systems.

Job Description:

Define, build, and own the roadmap for wealth management platforms, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
Translate user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
Partner with advisors, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to deliver high-quality, secure products.
Participate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retro) and guide the team in producing high-value, scalable solutions.
Use data, research, and design thinking to enhance client-facing digital platforms.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Domain Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Advisor, Financial Custodial.
Agile Expertise: Proficiency in Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial compliance, risk management, and security standards.
