Your role in our mission - The Senior Manager Security Compliance will be responsible for overseeing a region of Security compliance advisors that are assigned to Gainwell state based customers
- The Senior Manager SC will act as subject matter expert, advisor and mentor in a HIPAA regulated Medicare, Medicaid and Health Care related product environment
- This role will interact with account teams, Gainwell executive leaders and Gainwell customers, strong communication and presentation skills are key to the success of this role
- SOC 1, SOC 2, NIST 800-53 and other types of audit management is a core job function
What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Twelve or more years of experience in disciplines such as Security Compliance, Audit Management, and audit response ideally in a Healthcare environment
- Eight or more years of leadership or supervisory experience
- CISSP and other industry certifications are a plus
- Experience working with information security practices, networks, software, and hardware
Other Qualifications - Strong organization skills to balance work and lead projects
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel
- Ability to work in a team environment

The pay range for this position is $122,200.00 - $174,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
