This position is hybrid and based in Chatsworth, CA. Candidates must reside in Southern California with the ability to commute to the office on a weekly basis. This is not a remote position and relocation assistance is not provided.
Anticipated hiring range: $88,000-$96,000 annually, depending on qualifications and directly related experience.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Within a team structure, this position will perform the following responsibilities:
Data Project Coordination (50%)
Workforce Reporting & Analytics/ HR Data Reporting (50%)
Job Specifications
Minimum Required
- Education/Experience:
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field from four-year College or University
- Minimum of 3 years experience in People Analytics and/or Data Science experience with a focus on workforce or people trends.
- 1 year Workday Custom Report Writing and Calculated Fields required.
Technical Requirements:
In addition to the education/experience requirements above, the following technical skills and competencies are required:
- Demonstrated ability in data collection, data cleansing and analysis, including advanced analytics techniques such as multivariate regression models.
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis, research design, data collection, interpreting results, and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Background in HR data reporting, interactive dashboards, and successfully collaborating with HR functional leaders and analysts, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visier, SQL Query, or comparable analytic platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.
