Role: Network Administrator
Location: Rockville, MD 20850 (Onsite)

Position Summary: We are seeking a Network Administrator to design, configure, monitor, and support enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching, Aruba wireless, VeloCloud SD-WAN, F5 load balancers, and Microsoft Azure networking.
Key Responsibilities :
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, VLANs, routing protocols, and network connectivity.
Administer Aruba wireless infrastructure, including access points, controllers, SSIDs, and authentication.
Manage VeloCloud SD-WAN policies, edge devices, connectivity, and performance.
Configure and support F5 load-balancing services, virtual servers, pools, health monitors, and traffic policies.
Support Azure networking, including VNets, subnets, NSGs, VPN connectivity, and hybrid integration.
Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security events.
Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Execute network changes in accordance with change-management processes.
Maintain network diagrams, configurations, standards, and operational documentation.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams.
Required Qualifications :
8 10 years of experience in network administration or network engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Cisco routing and switching
Aruba wireless solutions
VeloCloud SD-WAN
F5 load balancers
Microsoft Azure networking
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, routing.
Experience with network monitoring and ticketing tools.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
CCNA, CCNP, Aruba, F5, VeloCloud, or Azure certifications.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting hybrid cloud and enterprise environments.
Familiarity with ITIL, incident management, and change management.
Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell or Python.
