Required Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud services experience
Deep expertise with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Groups, Meet, Calendar) including advanced administration and configuration
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD)
Demonstrated experience with email migration projects (Gmail to Exchange Online or vice versa)
Experience with cloud identity and access management (IAM) across multiple platforms
Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and multi-cloud strategies
Experience with enterprise acquisitions or large-scale technology integrations
Familiarity with compliance and data governance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, etc.)
Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent Google Cloud Platform certifications
Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect)
Google Workspace Administrator certification
Experience with third-party integration and migration tools (ShareGate preferred)
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and/or Google Apps Script for automation
Track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
