Responsibilities:
Lead and execute operational and inventory-related projects with minimal oversight, as assigned by the Site Lead or Associate Site Lead
Utilize our SAAS systems and analytics to support inventory consolidation and optimization efforts
Bin-map sterile and non-sterile inventory to ensure accurate storage and retrieval
Manage sales office inventory per Site Lead direction
Perform inbound product verification and inventory put-away activities, including scanning inventory
Execute cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy
Assist with regular inventory inspections, safety checks, and quality audits
Train on, follow, and adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality requirements
Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable GxP requirements
Support implementation of schedules, policies, and group guidelines
Demonstrate flexibility by supporting additional tasks and priorities as operational needs evolve
Maintain a strong focus on operational excellence, accuracy, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and utilize specialized and customized systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities
Willingness and flexibility to work a staggered schedule, including Monday-Sunday coverage, early starts, or late shifts as required by operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Background in one or more of the following areas: distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or customer service
Experience working in a regulated environment with GMP, GDP, or other GxP standards
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
