Title: QA BTP Analyst
Position: Remote
Type: Contract to Hire
Job Description:
Design and implement a reusable approach to BTP Test Automation and the associated framework
Coach and mentor others on the adoption of BTP Test Automation technologies and techniques
Analyze and understand BTP Testing Procedures and Requirements
Develop and execute BTP test plans, cases, and automation, including manual testing when required
Identify, document, and conduct follow-ups on bugs and quality issues. This includes utilizing logging, monitoring, and other tools to provide information upstream.
Regularly revisit BTP test cases and strategy to incorporate the latest product functionality based on rapid release plans for a multitude of products.
Reporting on and documenting BTP testing status and results
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the use and troubleshooting of BTP services
Experience in Test Automation
Experience in cloud platform testing
Experience with Java or related programming languages
Experience with test management systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Knowledge of Software Testing, Programming Languages, and Quality Assurance Principles
Experience building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines
Experience developing and/or operating multiple BTP + extensions and services from the technical side
Experience using Playwright with Java
Experience working with LLMs and Building Agents to integrate with development workflows
Experience working in an agile DevOps environment
Experience operating in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with automated reporting
Experience with ServiceNow, including building queries, automation flows, and dashboards.
