Program Manager – Supply Chain AI

Introduction

Tata Elxsi is seeking a Program Manager – Supply Chain AI to lead cross-functional AI initiatives across operating companies (OpCos). This role requires a strong operator-communicator who can partner closely with business stakeholders, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven supply chain solutions from ideation through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary program lead for Supply Chain AI initiatives across multiple OpCos
• Partner closely with business, operations, and OpCo leaders to align AI initiatives with real operational needs
• Translate business problems into clear technical requirements and delivery roadmaps
• Work hands-on with data science, ML, and engineering teams to support end-to-end AI product development (ideation → design → build → deploy)
• Develop a strong understanding of AI product architectures, data pipelines, and model lifecycle considerations
• Ensure disciplined execution across timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Drive alignment and consistent communication across business, technology, and leadership stakeholders
• Connect AI capabilities to measurable supply chain outcomes (forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, service levels, cost reduction, etc.)
• Support scaling and adoption of AI solutions across OpCos by enabling change management and stakeholder buy-in
• Manage ambiguity effectively while maintaining momentum and accountability

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or Technical Program Management
• Strong experience working with AI / ML, data science, or advanced analytics teams
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain domains (planning, forecasting, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, procurement)
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and engineering
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience working in agile / iterative development environments
• Comfortable operating in complex, ambiguous, and fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI or ML products in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with AI product architecture, data platforms, and model lifecycle concepts
• Background in consulting or large-scale enterprise programs
• Experience supporting multi-OpCo or multi-business-unit transformations
• Exposure to cloud platforms, data engineering, or MLOps concepts
