Mobile Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mobile Developer in Tempe, AZ.

Summary:
The Mobile Developer is responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. This role delivers secure, high-performance, and user-friendly mobile solutions that integrate with backend systems and support business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, deploy, and maintain mobile applications
* Develop User Interfaces, APIs, and perform API integrations to support mobile functionality while keeping up to date with terminology, concepts and best practices for coding
* Implement new features and enhance existing functionality
* Participate in technical design and architecture discussions
* Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and maintainable
* Debug and resolve defects found across environments

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 4+ years of mobile development experience working with mobile frameworks (i.e., Kotlin, Xcode, etc.)
* Strong experience with Kotlin and Android application development
* Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
* Working experience with Java, Swift, or other similar programming languages
* Ability to contribute to technical specifications and technical design documentation for the software development team
* Ability to effectively analyze software source code to validate the application for business and technical requirements while supporting the improvement of the application
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team addressing technical issues and problems
* Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Azure DevOps (or Atlassian Jira)
* Must demonstrate ability to work independently and utilize critical thinking skills
* Good understanding of Agile methodology including Scrum methods and processes
* Preferred knowledge of .NET and C#
* Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
